history- Where to begin. Khan is to start Ten Thousand years old. His family one of the longest noble lines there is. However his family never craved the throne. Khan was born to a full Celestial mother and father, from a young age he was constantly curious and explorative. Over time he grew like other dragons. Showing a very sharp mind and strong body. The day he begun his rite was the day his life would become more important than anyone could imagine.

Khan spent his hundred years learning to fight with the Fire dragons, spell weave with the water dragons, to hunt with the air dragons, hide with the earth dragons and finally what it meant to be a Celestial dragon. He vanished on his own for seventy years alone. Wanting the full experience of surviving and fighting on his own. He returned after that time with a new sense of self and great skills.

Khan began tutoring personally under his father. A powerful Dragon and swordsman. Khan trained hard every day except when he trained in spell weaving with his mother. Time seemed to melt away as he learned, grew, and adapted. His most notable moment as a young dragon was when he struck up a friendship with the dragon prince, Samauel. The two became fast friends. Learning together in fighting, leading, magic and more.

A thousand years passed, Khan focused on his training and his passion. Creating objects from nothing. A talent he learned from the earth dragons and one he loved. Smithing. Most of his young life was spent in becoming the Dragon he needed to be. He soon ended up in Samauel's fathers court. His friendship with the Dragon Prince was as firm as ever. He would do anything for his best friend. He also had a secret, one he was afraid to voice. His deep love for Samauel's sister grew in leaps and bounds but for his friendship he stayed silent about his feelings.

Than the portal opened. Surprise, forethought, planning, exploration. The dragons would not go into new realm blind. Soon they stepped over into this beautiful and different new world. There the Dragons saw races they never seen before. Some were amazing like the humans. Others like Vampires were hunted and killed when seen. Their evil and darkness filled dragons with hate and rage. Khan was one of the best. His only match was his best friend, Samauel.

As time passed the dragons inhabited this new world. Spreading out and meeting the races while moving among them in secret. Then came the darkness, the rise of evil and corruption. The change that would lead to Khan's biggest choice. The centuries passed, the world became sable but evil lurked beneath the surface. Khan moved among the other races in guise. Only revealing his true form to two non dragons in his entire life. One was a young human woman, a brave person who foolishly took an arrow in her throat to protect Khan from some bandit. She didn't know that little stick wouldn't have hurt him. Khan killed the man with a word then pulled the woman back to her body. For her bravery, Khan showed his true form and carried the woman to her destination on his back.

The second was a young man who took Khan in when he pretended to be a homeless blind man. He was fed, sheltered, given a home and treated with respect and dignity by a man who didn't have to do that. Khan spent five years with the man, going back to his dragon kin occasionally before returning. After five years Khan retured once more but this time he returned with wealth that would make sure the man never needed anything again. For his last gift he turned into his true form and laid a blessing on the man's young son.

Returning home, he felt new humility and like for the humans. In his travels he met vampires and killed them. Werewolves found him uneasy to be around and stayed away. But humans were special. Under their king, the Dragon empire was becoming vile and evil. The king was delving into magic he never should have. Forbidden magic that made dragons change. For centuries the dragons honor began to diminish as the king became more and more cruel. Than, that day came, the one that would change the course of so many lives. Khan went with his best friend to a sacred place and guarded him while he did something. He returned at his wing as he had done countless times.

He stood by his battle brother while he challenged the king to a battle of death. Khan watched on as the two battled, inside he began to worry for his friend. The king fought as if his own son was a mortal enemy and not his own blood. Sam was forced to draw on powers Khan didn't know he had. Fear shook him to his core when he saw what Sam did. The battle was bloody and destructive but in the end (with this new power) his best friend prevailed and killed his father.

Khan was elated that Sam had lived and won. The times of darkness was lifted and their honor restored. However, Sam did not release the power he had used to defeat his father. Khan ignored that detail, Sam was an honorable and strong dragon. He knew what he was doing. For years Khan was Samael's go to guy. He handled anything his friend needed done. He picked up on his swordsmanship and magic skills. Working continuously on his dragon vs dragon skills.

Centuries passed until that day..that evil, vile, heart breaking day. Khan saw the power eating away at his friend and king. He came before him, asking him to release the power. It was the first time the two ever disagreed...sadly it would not be the last time. Soon the other Celestials asked Khan to meet them in private to talk. He should have gone to his king, his best friend. Tried to reason with him and talk him out of that seductive power. He didn't. Khan met with the other Celestial dragons who voiced their worries, some reluctantly since Khan was the Kings best friend. They feared he would become corrupted by power like his father. Khan argued as hard as he could but none would be swayed. However he vehemently opposed killing Sam. One celestial offered a different solution.

Khan returned to the throne room, sadness in his eyes. For the last time he argued for his king to release that power. When it became utterly clear he wouldn't, Khan did the last thing he could do. He challenged his best friend to a battle. The iconic fight would be told for generations. The two were perfectly matched in human and dragon form. Their battle waged across the lands, mountains were obliterated, entire continents were changed, some utterly destroyed as the two dragons clashed in tooth, claw, breath, voice and magic.

Khan wasn't going to stop and that's when Sam used that power. Khan was cast from the sky and left a hundred mile super gorge in the earth. Nearly dead, Khan did the last thing he could. He summoned the other Celestials as they planned. Using four powerful enchanted stones they absorbed their kings power. The spell to banish his closest friend fell to Khan. Tears in his eyes he finished the spell. Khan watched as his childhood friend of thousands of years was sucked into a area between time and space. The stones split up and given to different races. Khan never took the throne, instead at that moment he had a vison. Samael would return one day.

Khan spent the rest of his life training as hard as he could. Mastering everything he could lay his hands on. Spells, sword, politics, fighting, flying. All the time he waited for the day his friend, his battle brother, his King would break free.
