Lyra always felt like she had everything; she was born and raised into a aristocrat family and was set for life to become a rich Lady herself. Then, she met Jonothan Christopher Radcliff. The man was mysterious and took a liking to her especially, which was what lead her to like him back, even though she tried keeping him at a distance at first, with how she was already betrothed to another man. Yet, she couldn't let go of the feeling that she liked him, that there was something special to Jon. Finally, she gave in to the temptation and Jon, taking full advantage of this, turned her into a vampire. She loved the idea of being free amd they had a pretty destructive, though short-lived, but intense run. Eventually, her sister caught up to her, trying to get her to come home. Since Lyra hadn't fed in two days, she wasn't able to hold back her bloodlust and killed her little sister. Feeling like this was all her fault and how today their parents had lost both children, just like that. 

She started to distance herself from Jon to the point where she thought it might be safe to run away. However, on that faithful night, they were attacked and feeling like there was no way out for her, she decided to stay with Jon and fight by his side. Eventually though, a plan started to form in her head and she started to fight less, causing Jon to think he saw her get killed, while in reality, she faked her own death. Soon, she ran away, though it was hard being a vampire on her own, which soon proved when she had no one to fall back on when she was attacked. Lyra however, proved to be a survivor and she was able to survive anything and everything that was thrown her way, while sometimes looking over her shoulder, thinking she felt Jon's breath on her shoulder or in her neck. This however, was merely a figment of her imagination as he still to this day thought she died. Sometimes though, she feels a little sorry for pretending to be dead, as he was her first real love and she abandoned him because of her own mistake.
