• Power Manipulation: Corvin has a unique ability, which allows him To mimic a single ability from anyone he touches. The only downside to this is he can only contain one power at a time, and once he acquires a new ability, he loses the former power he acquired. The power that he receives depends on which power he knows someone has, otherwise he could receive a random power from someone. This power also does not exclude talents that ordinary people have, or mimicking a prodigy’s intelligence.
• Master Spellcaster: With several lifetimes worth of spelltomes collected within a personal library, Corvin has spent centuries mastering the art of spellcraft in the dark arts, and expanding his knowledge in various trinkets, and valuable objects that are scattered throughout Yalanze.
• Speechcraft: With his power of emotional manipulation, Corvin has been able to manipulate the people of Mythregal to his side in many debates on laws.He has also used this ability to evade suspicion of his outside activities.
• Dark Link: The manner in which Corvin received his powers has given him a supernatural link to the many realms of Darkness, that are ruled by the Dark Gods. Through this link, he is able to see many of the damned souls of these realms of darkness. It is through these souls, that Corvin learns new dark magics without ever having to leave his office.
• Life Siphon: This is an ability that Corvin can only access if he is mere inches from Death. The life siphon allows him to absorb the life force of any living thing he touches.It is more involuntary than a voluntary action, and thus even though Corvin may move to activate it, the ability will already begin faster than Corvin can act to start it.

history- Corvin was conceived on the night of a full moon, during a black mass performed by a cult of demon worshippers. This cult willingly allowed demons to use them as vessels for discord, and violence against everyone, but tonight, they prepared a ritual that would allow one of their own to be brought into existence in flesh. The woman needed for the sacrifice had to be pure of body, but impure of spirit. Thus a dark priestess among the cult, Eden Black, was raised to be the vessel for this dark child. One the night of the full moon, the ritual began, where legions of demons were able to possess her body at once. The demons tore away at her body from the inside. Twisting and contorting bones until they broke, ripping inner organs to pieces by mere contractions, muscles ripping to shreds.



By the time the last demon left her body, she was mangled and mutilated beyond recognition, but then within mere moments, her body was restored instantly. However, it was restored with her pregnant and in the stages of labor. The labor was the final bit of life Eden had, and with it, she gave birth to the result of the ritual: Corvin.



The child was raised within the cult, nurtured towards his goal towards becoming its leader however, the child had other plans of its own. By the time the child was a young man, he had learned all of the dark magic that he could from the cult, and soon after, set to collecting their souls for his own. One by one, he managed to make the cult deceive one another, witch against witch, demon against demon, witch against demon. By the end of it, demons were either sent back to Hell, destroyed, or witches were dead across the cult grounds.



Corvin traveled Yalanze, learning all that he could about magic, and in turn collecting various magical tomes and trinkets and within time, established an organized syndicate, creating a web of contacts and subordinates that either unknowingly worked for him, or were working for him against their wishes by means of blackmail, ransom, kidnapping, and intimidation. He has become a political person in the Human House of Lords, one of their foremost speakers, and voices of the people, however, this is mostly through manipulations used by his abilities.
