She was absolutely furious with her familiar, Vasily. He was a wolf dog of the Czechoslovakian variety and had a mind of his own. He ran through the portal post haste. She tried to recall him but ended up leaving the Bridal parlor with her massive tote bag and all to run after him.
She found herself is a very different world than her own. She was most definitely not in Russia any more and more importantly she was in her Wedding Dress which she just had fitted. It was perfect. And she was terrified that she wouldn't be able to wear it. She had a horrible feeling she wasn't getting married in a weeks time at all.
She saw the bluish white water like portal close behind her. She found herself in a compound of some sort with many uniformed men and women. She was frightened but determined not to let it show. She was Queen after all. She was not allowed to waver in the face of an adversary or the unknown. Both of which seemed very plausible at the current moment.
She found Vasily panting happily next to here, almost as if to say "Aren't we having so much fun on this adventure?" She responded to her familiar, "Oh we are having a very long discussion when we return home." She had to think on her feet and thought first to defend her self. So she decided to do three quick sketches of soldiers with a marker on the ground. They had no defining features just muscle. She touched each of the sketches and as if coming up from underneath water, three sculptures came to life. They looked like life sized figurines made of concrete.
She and Vasily stood behind them, stone faced not showing any emotion. She then stated, "I do not wish to harm anyone. I simply want to know where I am and whom might I speak to that can help me get home. Is there a supervisor I might speak to? Please do not be alarmed by my soldiers are simply my standard body guards. Once again I do not mean any of you harm. I am Queen Kenzey Louise Karkarov of Russia. And this is my familiar Vasily. He is very kind and does not bite."
