History:

Angelique doesn’t remember all too much about the early years of her life, also because of it being around the time of the plague that she was born. She does remember enough however, enough to know that she hates her brother, that she hates her family in general for abandoning her as the only way to spare her mother’s life which wasn’t the woman that her father actually wanted to be with apparently, but she got to be saved, and Angelique? Angelique just got thrown out to suffer the harsh reality of the world. Even if he had found it worthy enough to save her mother, Angelique has always been convinced that her father would much rather have had that she just died out there. Instead of that, Angelique survived the plague and even though she doesn’t have much memory of that period except wondering around and trying to survive, she eventually got to a point of clarity, one that made her realize how she had evolved, what she had become, and more so what she could do. She wasn’t the little girl without too much memories and having to survive, she was a strong woman with a mission, a mission for vengeance and to get what she thought she deserved to have after everything.

As she made a partly secretive life for herself in the city, keeping her actual full identity for herself as she started a career in modelling when she got the chance. Not only did it pay well, did she love the attention from both men and women, she loved to give the men, and especially women around her doing the same job attention, seducing them and always making sure she didn’t leave any traces, which caused her to only kil when she was sure that it wouldn’t lead to a huge man hunt for whoever killed the man or chick that she had hooked up with and then drained, or just simply snapped their neck. While doing this, she eventually managed to get closer and closer toe the seats of power she wanted to be close to, having openings everywhere had it’s advantages most certainly after all, and observing and then using people’s weaknesses to get them to do her bidding was something she enjoyed very much too. She knew she needed eyes and ears everywhere, she had to know what was going on, while she herself seemed to be very fragile and shy to most people, except for most that ended up dead, or with their memory wiped of her after having seen her true side, which had been dark and corrupted by the all consuming desire for vengeance and being more powerful than her brother as a F* you to both himself and their father.

She loved the attention she had gotten through modelling, but decided that she had to keep adapting, keep growing, but hold onto that attention through other means, perfecting her skils of seduction, making people do her bidding after easily enough wrapping them around her finger after giving them a taste of what they wanted from her. When she got the chance to work in the castle where her “dear” brother Dameon is the ruler, she gladly took the opportunity, deciding to not care as much as possible that he didn’t even seem to view her as a threat around his lovely wife and child. Knowing that the direct route wouldn’t benefit her at all when she was just getting in the perfect condition, she also had to adjust her plan a little when the Queen actually drew her attention and thus, making the adjustment to her goal of wanting her for herself, not just because of wanting to take everything from her brother that she could, but also because Marina intrigues her and the power that she knows she holds within.

So to this day, Angelique keeps building up her power base in secret as she plays the innocent helper to the Queen and their daughter, while at the same time having decided to continue giving Oliver exactly what he wants from her for his support behind the scenes. When Jon first confronted her about working together as well, she was reluctant at first, though Jon managed to persuade her with a few good points. So now, while being Jon’s eyes and ears to and letting him see and hear that whenever he wants, she feels like she’s getting closer to her opening, and she’s determined of letting nothing stop her from achieving her goals, and her vengeance.
